The family-owned company SPREITZER PRÄZISIONSWERKZEUGE was founded in 1983 by Johann Spreitzer and since then has stood for the development, design and manufacture of complex system solutions in the fields of clamping technology and measuring technology. The idea of innovation has always been in the foreground since the company’s beginnings. The range of services extends from modular clamping devices and modular systems for machining centres, through mechanical clamping devices for manual quality control, to special fixture construction.

We are committed to our location in Gosheim. The municipality of Gosheim, which belongs to the district of Tuttlingen, has a population of around 4,000 and is located at the top of the Swabian Alb in the south-west of Baden-Württemberg.

DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
The developments and designs are carried out on modern and powerful 3D CAD workstations to reduce the time spent on routine work. This allows more time to be spent on the creative tasks of a project. Especially for the customer of special constructions, working with the CAD system means quick access to design and construction drawings through problem-free data exchange via all common data formats.
MANUFACTURING & ORDER PROCESSING
Economical production is achieved through the use of modern CNC manufacturing technology and supported by a CAD/CAM system. Qualified employees carry out the assembly and function control. To ensure consistently high precision, modern CNC coordinate measuring technology is available for qualitative control and assessment. For on-time delivery of the products, the entire organisation, production planning and order processing is monitored and supported by a powerful ERP system.
